Aviva Rozenberg

Gymnastics Instructor

With 11 years of gymnastics coaching experience, Aviva has had the privilege of working with hundreds of children of all ages and skill levels, from large group classes to one-on-one private lessons. Aviva truly love helping kids discover their strengths, build confidence, overcome challenges, and learning to believe in themselves. There is nothing more rewarding to her than seeing a gymnast master a new skill, develop trust in their abilities, or leave practice feeling proud of themselves.

Aviva began gymnastics around the age of five and continued training throughout her childhood. At 16, she was trained as a coach, and have continued developing both her coaching and gymnastics skills ever since. Today, she trains in both traditional gymnastics and dance-based stage tumbling with top gymnasts, coaches, and performers. Having experience in both styles gives her a diverse perspective that she bring into her coaching.

Avivas coaching approach also incorporates mind-body awareness and neuro-based training techniques to help gymnasts work with fear in a safe, supportive way, build trust in their bodies, and develop confidence in challenging skills. She strives to meet each child where they are, understand what they need to feel safe and supported, and help them progress at their own pace while bringing fun, energy, and excitement into their gymnastics experience.
